TASTING NOTES
This Sonoma Chardonnay is full of ripe, rich, flavors and texture. The wine opens with Asian pear and white peach notes. It finishes with a touch of citrus.

Blend: 100% Chardonnay
Aging: 35% New French oak
Alcohol: 14.2%
F: This Chardonnay was fermented over an extended period in a cool cellar to preserve fruit aromas. The wine went through malolactic fermentation and underwent weekly stirring which continued to further add richness and texture.
