"This 2016 Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon is in the perfect drinking window now, nearly eight years on. Bright and high-toned, with a touch of volatile acidity, it is lifted and floral-driven with tempting earth notes, bright red fruit character, and mountain herbs. It is full-bodied with soft, silky tannins, Mexican chocolate, juicy plums, red currants, and turned earth through the extended finish. Founded in 1973, Conn Creek Winery is situated on the eastern side of Napa Valley, just off the Silverado Trail. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2034."
